We had a great stay! The place was very comfortable, well located, and exactly as described. Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. Communication was excellent, and we really appreciated how seamless the whole experience was. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent location and host, I stayed there with my family and a friend while visiting San Diego and we all had a great time. The host clearly put an effort in supplying the house with everything you may need while there so that you can just relax and focus on enjoying your vacation. The garden is truly amazing, being able to pass the nights grilling and staying by the fireplace surrounded by such beautiful vegetation was really nice. The area around is also very quiet and just 20/30 minutes by car away to all the main attractions we wanted to visit in San Diego.

We loved our stay here at the beach. So close to the ocean! But really quiet. Hosts were attentive. They had good amenities like sunscreen and a big beach bag for our use. It was comfy and clean and cute.

The beds were super comfortable and the area was really quiet. The only thing we didn’t like which isn’t really bad was that there was no paper towel or Kleenex. I know they don’t need to supply that sort stuff but it’s typically something that is supplied.

It was a cozy place! Had all the amenities needed for my family and I. Love that it is close by to a lot of stores and close to beaches. You won’t have to worry about any noise level it’s quiet.

We were in town for a wedding, and this apartment was perfect for our needs! While we didn’t utilize the hot tub because we ended up having more events with the family than we originally thought, we loved that we had access to it. The balcony off the living room was peaceful to have our coffee while watching the planes pass by overhead. Speaking of coffee, they provided some delicious whole bean coffee with a coffee grinder and powdered creamer, which was super convenient since we didn’t even have to buy groceries during our short stay. We caught an Uber down to the beach and had a delicious dinner at Mike’s taco club. Then we walked along the beach, enjoyed some yummy ice cream and then walked it all off back up to the apartment. We did not have a problem with the planes keeping us awake or anything like that. We could hear them, but we also had white noise from our phones. The apartment had everything we needed, and we would stay again. Bring socks as they ask you to not wear shoes!

Me and my best friend stayed at this location for spring break, and I will day it was perfect! Located not only right on the beach, but also right next to the board walk and Belmont park. On top of that our host was very responsive and super helpful.

Staying here was so nice! My family enjoyed it very much. However, a heads up.. there was construction going on and they waited no time starting at 8am. There was a lot of noise going on. But not their fault. The beach was nice and very close by. Parking was a little hassle since I do drive a truck. Had to find parking out in the street. It was something expected since i did reach out. But overall.. thank you for letting us stay!

Todo estuvo perfecto, es una casa bastante amplia, zona muy bien ubicada a 15 minutos de la Jolla y downtown, es una zona muy tranquila, la casa cumple con todas las expectativas, tiene 3 cuartos amplios y 2 baños, la cocina muy grande y la sala y comedor también, muy cómodo todo, estuvieron al pendiente siempre y fueron de mucha ayuda, sin duda regresaría.

This is a great place to stay that is close to lots of San Diego sights. The rooms are spacey and clean. All the basic supplies are provided. The outdoor space was beautiful at the end of the day to relax. The host communicates clearly and answers any questions quickly.
