Parking: This house only can fit 1 car in the driveway. Free street parking around the house PETS: We welcome one pet per reservation! Please be sure to register your pet and pay the pet fee before arrival. Unregistered pets will result in a $200 fine. To ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the space for all guests, pets are not permitted on the furniture, including couches and beds. Please keep pets off bedding and furniture to avoid additional cleaning fees for pet hair. Iron: For safety reasons, we provide a clothing steamer instead of a traditional iron. Paper Towels: In our commitment to being eco-friendly, we encourage all guests to use the reusable microfiber towels provided instead of paper towels. Pull-Out Couch: The couch is a pull-out bed. If you plan to use it, please feel free to use the extra sheets provided in the drawer inside one of the bedframe Important Reminder: We’d like to remind you of the City of San Diego’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance, which strictly prohibits social gatherings or events at the property. Violations of this ordinance may result in substantial fines—$3,000 per event and $500 per attendee.
