To ensure a smooth experience for you and to maintain great relationships with our wonderful community, please review these essential rules before booking: 🤫 Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect Strict Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM The Neighborhood: Our next-door neighbors have very young children and are highly sensitive to noise. The city enforces strict local noise ordinances here. Failure to respect quiet hours after 9:00 PM will result in immediate city fines and potential cancellation of your stay without a refund. We appreciate you helping us keep our peaceful neighborhood quiet! 🐾 Pet Policy Limit: Maximum of 1 dog per reservation. Registration: Your dog must be registered prior to arrival. Fees: There is a standard $100 pet fee. Penalty: Bringing an unregistered pet or exceeding the 1-dog limit will result in a $200 fee per unregistered animal and is a violation of our house rules. 🚗 Parking Capacity: Our private driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 cars. Placement: Please park on the right side of the driveway only to ensure clear access. 🍖 BBQ Grill Use Propane Policy: Because we host remotely, we cannot always track the exact propane levels. If the tank runs low during your stay, please swap/refill it at a local station, send us a photo of the receipt, and we will promptly reimburse you. Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use. A $50 extra cleaning fee will be applied if the grill is left dirty. 🌿 Eco-Friendly Kitchen Amenities Paper Towels: In an effort to reduce waste, we provide high-quality reusable towels instead of single-use paper towels. You can find them stocked in the kitchen. 💨 Laundry & Linens Wrinkle Care: For guest safety reasons, we do not provide a traditional iron. Instead, a premium clothing steamer is available for your convenience to keep your clothes looking sharp.
