This delightful 2-bedroom bungalow offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, both with spacious closets and large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. For extra guests, the cozy living room includes a pullout couch. The open-concept layout connects the modern kitchen and inviting living room, creating a bright, airy space perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Step outside to your private, gated backyard oasis, complete with a BBQ and a comfortable seating area for dining or lounging. This home offers everything you need for a relaxing, memorable stay. - PET POLICY: DOGS only! We allow 1 dog per reservation. Must add Pet in your reservation & pay pet fee. Pet is not allowed on beds & couch. Extra cleaning fee may be applied for excessive hair.
Other Details to Note
Iron: For safety reasons, we provide a clothing steamer instead of a traditional iron. Paper Towels: In our commitment to being eco-friendly, we encourage all guests to use the reusable microfiber towels provided instead of paper towels. Pull-Out Couch: The couch is a pull-out bed. If you plan to use it, please feel free to use the extra sheets provided in the Queen-size bedroom. PETS: We welcome one pet per reservation! Please be sure to register your pet and pay the pet fee before arrival. Unregistered pets will result in a $200 fine. To ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the space for all guests, pets are not permitted on the furniture, including couches and beds. Please keep pets off bedding and furniture to avoid additional cleaning fees for pet hair. Important Reminder: We’d like to remind you of the City of San Diego’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance, which strictly prohibits social gatherings or events at the property. Violations of this ordinance may result in substantial fines—$3,000 per event and $500 per attendee. If you plan to have any visitors who are not listed on your reservation, please inform us in advance to avoid any fines. Thank you for your cooperation!
