Paper Towels: In our commitment to being eco-friendly, we encourage all guests to use the reusable microfiber towels provided instead of paper towels. Pull-Out Couch: The couch is a pull-out bed. If you plan to use it, please feel free to use the extra sheets provided in the Queen-size bedroom. PETS: We welcome one pet per reservation! Please be sure to register your pet and pay the pet fee before arrival. Unregistered pets will result in a $200 fine. To ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the space for all guests, pets are not permitted on the furniture, including couches and beds. Please keep pets off bedding and furniture to avoid additional cleaning fees for pet hair. Important Reminder: We’d like to remind you of the City of San Diego’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance, which strictly prohibits social gatherings or events at the property. Violations of this ordinance may result in substantial fines—$3,000 per event and $500 per attendee.
