Iron: For safety reasons, we provide a clothing steamer instead of a traditional iron. Paper Towels: In our commitment to being eco-friendly, we encourage all guests to use the reusable microfiber towels provided instead of paper towels. Pull-Out Couch: The couch is a pull-out bed. If you plan to use it, please feel free to use the extra sheets provided in the Queen-size bedroom. PETS: We welcome one pet per reservation! Please be sure to register your pet and pay the pet fee before arrival. Unregistered pets will result in a $200 fine. To ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the space for all guests, pets are not permitted on the furniture, including couches and beds. Please keep pets off bedding and furniture to avoid additional cleaning fees for pet hair. Important Reminder: We’d like to remind you of the City of San Diego’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance, which strictly prohibits social gatherings or events at the property. Violations of this ordinance may result in substantial fines—$3,000 per event and $500 per attendee. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. Great location for moving our daughter into SDSU and getting to the surrounding areas. Newly remodeled with a spotless kitchen stocked with tea and coffee. AC worked great. Nice quiet patio for morning sun and coffee. Cozy beds, wonderful shower and convenient laundry off the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Veena!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect place to stay while taking advantage of visiting SD during my husband’s military exercise. The property was beautiful, lots of great things to do near by and even though some other reviews called out complications with parking I never had an issue and was always able to back in and pull out easily with ample visibility. Definitely recommend it to anyone coming to SD.

If we could give this place more than five stars, we would. We had a wonderful stay at Veena’s place. It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The home looked exactly like the photos—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. It was well-furnished with quality pieces. We especially appreciated a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, a private outdoor patio perfect for morning coffee, and plenty of household items making our stay hassle-free. Parking on driveway was a breeze, making coming and going simple. Veena and her team were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful from booking through checkout, offering clear communication. They always responded within minutes. It is a perfect place for people looking to explore San Diego in comfort and style. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Loved Veena’s place. It was very clean and comfortable for our family. Had everything we needed. Veena was also always available and kind. Loved the fact that was central to everything and had a great variety of restaurants nearby. Will definitely come again when I visit San Diego area.
