To ensure a smooth check-in and a wonderful stay, please review our property guidelines: Stairs & Accessibility: Please note that this property requires navigating stairs. There are 9 exterior stairs to reach the front door from the ground level, and a flight of 13 interior stairs to access the bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs. Cell Signal & Wi-Fi Check-In: The community does not get a strong cellular phone signal. Please connect to our unit's Wi-Fi immediately upon arrival so you can easily access your check-in instructions and listing photos to help you find your way. Airport Flight Path: We are located beneath the airport flight path, meaning you will hear plane noise from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM if windows and doors are left open. For your comfort, all windows in the townhouse are triple-paned to block out noise when closed. Quiet Hours & Family Community: This is a peaceful, family-friendly community. Please strictly respect the quiet hours to protect the neighbors and avoid heavy HOA fines or immediate eviction. HOA Agreement & Amenity Passes: Guests must review and agree to the HOA rules prior to check-in. You must carry the provided community guest pass with you at all times when using the amenities. Keys & Fobs: Please keep close track of your keys. A replacement fee will be charged for lost items: $125 for the key fob and $50 for the laundry key. Laundry Room: The shared onsite laundry room requires a card. We provide the card for your convenience; you will just need to load funds onto it to use the machines as you wish. Garment Care: A clothing steamer is provided in the unit to refresh your clothes (please note there is no traditional iron). Coastal Care & Sand: We love being close to the beach, but please rinse off before coming inside. There are 3 HOA showers available in the HOA pool and sauna areas if desired. An extra cleaning fee may apply if specialized cleaning is required to remove sand from the floors or furniture.
