Other Details to Note
All utilities are included. For SDGE electricity, the owner covers up to $200 per month (typical usage ranges from $100–$150). Pet-friendly for dogs and cats on a case-by-case basis. A refundable pet deposit of $500 and a one-time pet fee of $200 apply. No traditional iron provided. A clothing steamer is available instead for safety reasons. Shared BBQ grill: Please clean the grill after each use to avoid additional cleaning charges. Parking spot clearance is 5'4", suitable only for small cars or small SUVs. Standard SUVs or trucks will not fit. Downtown building: This condo is located in the heart of downtown, making it ideal for guests who are comfortable with typical city and weekend noise. A white noise machine is provided for added comfort.

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire apartment and a shared roof deck. The roof is a common space shared by the entire building. Your consideration of our neighbors while using this space is appreciated.

This loft is located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, a highly walkable neighborhood with trolley stops and public bus stations just steps away. For exploring beyond downtown—especially if you’re short on time—we recommend renting a car or using Uber or Lyft for added convenience
