Introducing our recently constructed and remodeled guest suite, boasting a generous 1300 sq. ft. of space, professionally decorated with a tasteful coastal vibe. This spacious retreat features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, complete with a washer & dryer for added convenience. Embracing eco-friendly living, the suite is equipped with solar power, supported by Tesla batteries, ensuring the entire home has been "off the grid" since January 2022. Enhancing your comfort, each room is equipped with a ceiling fan to keep you cool during warm days. Additionally, enjoy stunning ocean views from every bedroom and the living room, providing a picturesque backdrop to your stay. To further elevate your experience, we provide environmentally friendly cleaning and shower products for your comfort and peace of mind. Convenience is key, with ample free public parking available on the street in front of the house. Additionally, we offer a range of amenities to elevate your beach experience, including books, games, beach chairs, a boogie board, umbrella, and beach towels - everything you need for an enjoyable day by the sea. Experience the perfect blend of luxury, sustainability, and coastal charm at our guest suite. Please note prior to booking: We love furry friends, but this is a NO PETS Home due to the severe allergies of someone who lives at the property. We are sorry, but we are unable to host any animals, and as per AirBnB policy, we have confirmed that due to the allergy the no pet policy does include service and emotional support animals. Please feel free to review this policy and the guidelines for Health and Safety concerns on the Airbnb website under Policies and Rules for Pets by clicking the "learn more" tab or contact AirBnB. You must climb stairs (pictured in listing photos) from the street level to get up to the door/entrance to unit. There is no other way to enter the apartment so you must climb stairs. NO AC, but each room has wonderful ceiling fan We are environmental friendly so will provide reusable microfiber wipes to replace paper towels We don't provide traditional Iron, but we provide Clothing Steamer ONLY for safety reason. Parking: Street parking only, guest would not have trouble finding parking in front of the house EV Charging: Please let us know prior to your arrival if you are planning to use EV charger so we can prepare for you to use it. One complimentary charging for your electric vehicle Fireplace: decorative only The property owners live onsite in the upper level of home and have a separate entrance. The guest suite occupies the entire bottom half of the home with its own entrance. We encourage all guests, especially those with children, to exercise caution and watch their kids carefully during their stay. Please be mindful of the terrain and supervise children at all times. Sunset Cliffs is breathtaking and among one of the most popular San Diego destinations offering stunning ocean views and hiking. You can also take in these gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from your private deck or to get a little closer for a good photo op, walk the 6 blocks down the hill to the edge of the cliffs. Point Loma is a quiet and serene upscale neighborhood that sits close to the beach, yet is removed from the higher traffic areas. You are quietly tucked away in a picturesque setting while still very centrally located to other attractions such as the world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Cabrillo National Monument and the bordering beach community of Ocean Beach that boasts tons of local charm and color. Neighboring beach communities include Mission Beach where you can explore the popular Belmont Park and the Mission Beach boardwalk which extends 2 miles North to Pacific Beach. Just beyond that, and an easy drive, is La Jolla for high end dining, shopping and art galleries. If you are looking for a lively nightlife scene, downtown San Diego's Gaslamp District offers a variety of dining options, shopping, and dancing! If you have time to catch a game, the downtown Petco park is the place to be on game day! Whatever your mood for your vacation, San Diego is sure to offer it. The easiest option is a car, but taxis and Uber are available. Rent a bike and explore the surrounding area. Neighborhood traffic is minimal. Parking is available on the street.
