Must be responsible to clean the grill after using to avoid extra cleaning cost - We don't provide traditional Iron, but we provide Clothing Steamer ONLY for safety reason. - Fireplace is for decorative only - Parking: 3 cars parking in the back of the house - OUTDOOR FURNITURE: Please cover the ones that have covers on them after using - NEIGHBORS: the neighbors are very noise sensitive so please make sure to respect AFTER 10pm quiet hour
