- NO Cats Please! - MUST register your DOG. Unregistered dog will be fine $200. 1 Dog per booking ONLY. Dog is not allowed on beds and couch - The house is located on the hill so you can see Skyline View of Des Moines Downtown especially at night - No access to basement (basement door is outside) - Smoking outside is OKAY - The bathroom downstairs isn't connected to the Master Bedroom downstairs - BBQ GRILL: We don't live here so we don't know when the propane tank is empty. Please refill it if you are planning to use it and send us receipt for. reimbursement. Must be responsible to clean the grill after using to avoid extra cleaning cost - We don't provide traditional Iron, but we provide Clothing Steamer ONLY for safety reason. -We are environmentally friendly so will provide reusable microfiber wipes to replace paper towels
