BBQ Grill: As we do not live on the property, we cannot monitor the propane levels. If you plan to use the grill and find the tank empty, please refill it and send us the receipt for reimbursement. Kindly clean the grill after use to avoid additional cleaning fees. Parking: The property does not have reserved parking; however, it is located on a quiet, friendly neighborhood street. Our guests typically have no trouble finding parking nearby. TRASH: Trash bins are located at the back of the house along the side, inside the gate. Trash pickup is on Wednesday morning. Our team will move the bins out on Tuesday night and return them on Wednesday. If you prefer to handle the trash during your stay, please let us know so our team does not need to stop by. Thank you! PETS: We welcome one pet per reservation! Please ensure your pet is registered and a pet fee is paid prior to arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 fine. To maintain the comfort and cleanliness for all guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture, including couches and beds. To avoid additional cleaning fees, kindly ensure your pet remains off bedding and furniture to prevent extra time needed for cleaning pet hair. EARLY CHECK-IN: We’re unable to guarantee early check-in more than a week in advance, as our cleaning schedule may vary. Please check with us the day before your arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that during peak summer season, early check-in and late check-out may not be available. LATE CHECK-OUT: If your group stays past the scheduled check-out time without prior approval from the host, a fee of $25 will be charged for every 15 minutes past check-out.
