Please note, there are a couple of steps leading up to the main entrance. The spacious main bedrooms each have a comfortable queen-size bed, while the smaller bedroom offers a cozy twin-size bed. For added convenience, the home includes an in-unit washer and dryer. There’s a charming outdoor space on the side, perfect for BBQs and dining al fresco. While there is no reserved parking, the home is located on a quiet street with ample street parking available for guests. The property offers both comfort and style, making it an ideal choice for your stay.
Other Details to Note
BBQ Grill: As we do not live on the property, we cannot monitor the propane levels. If you plan to use the grill and find the tank empty, please refill it and send us the receipt for reimbursement. Kindly clean the grill after use to avoid additional cleaning fees. Parking: The property does not have reserved parking; however, it is located on a quiet, friendly neighborhood street. Our guests typically have no trouble finding parking nearby. PETS: We welcome one pet per reservation! Please ensure your pet is registered and a pet fee is paid prior to arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 fine. To maintain the comfort and cleanliness for all guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture, including couches and beds. To avoid additional cleaning fees, kindly ensure your pet remains off bedding and furniture to prevent extra time needed for cleaning pet hair. Important Reminder: We’d like to remind you of the City of San Diego’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance, which strictly prohibits social gatherings or events at the property. Violations of this ordinance may result in substantial fines—$3,000 per event and $500 per attendee.
