Other Details to Note
Paper Towels: In our effort to be eco-friendly, we encourage guests to use the reusable microfiber towels provided instead of disposable paper towels. Garage: The home includes a 1-car garage, suitable for small to medium-sized vehicles only. BBQ Grill: You’re welcome to use the grill—please clean it after each use to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Sandy Feet: An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off sand before entering the house. This helps keep the home clean and prevents extra cleaning charges. AC & Cooling: The house does not have central air conditioning, but we provide an AC unit in the living room for comfort. The bedrooms and other areas have ceiling fans to help keep the space cool. Beach Gear: We’re happy to provide beach towels, chairs, and body boards for your stay. Please wash or rinse them off and return everything to their original place before checkout. Shared Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the garage of the unit next door. Laundry is first-come, first-served, so please be sure to lock the garage door after use. ATTENTION: Traveling with a larger group? We also have an additional unit located at the back of the property that can accommodate 4–5 additional adults, perfect for staying close while enjoying your own space.
