Violating any of the strict rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, as well as eviction. House Rules: Street Parking Only: Please park on the street. Pets: We welcome one pet per reservation! Please register your pet and pay the applicable pet fee prior to arrival. Unregistered pets will result in a $200 fine. To ensure comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture (including beds and couches). Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. Please keep pets off bedding and furniture to avoid extra cleaning time. Noise: The house is located on Main Street, so please be aware of street noise. Location: The house is the first on the right after driving up the curvy road. Please use your right turn signal to alert other drivers. Laundry Room: The laundry room is located in the front of the property. To access it, you’ll need to go through the backyard. It is available for use between 10am and 9pm. Please contact us for coordination with front house guests. Private Backyard: Please do not use the private backyard of the front house. Cleaning Issues: If you experience any cleaning issues, please notify us immediately while you’re still at the property, so we can resolve them before checkout. Supplies: No paper towels will be provided, but we offer reusable wipes for cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen. Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs upon request, but fees apply to remain compliant with Airbnb’s terms of service. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $25 per 15-minute increment starting at the time listed for checkout. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
