Dog is not allow on beds and couch- extra cleaning fee may applied for excessive hair Please CLEAN up after your pet to avoid extra cleaning fee- We don't provide traditional Iron, but we provide Clothing Steamer ONLY for safety reason. - Parking: NO reserved parking for the house. Street Parking ONLY - Paper Towels: for environmental friendly we only provide reusable microfiber wipes - The 2nd Bedroom (the room with Bunk Bed) is not private - There is another apartment unit on top of the 3rd Bedroom - The door to laundry room is next to the Refrigerator - Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We can sometimes accomodate early check-in or late check-out requests, but do have to charge a fee to remain compliant with Airbnb's terms of service. Unapproved late check-outs beyond the time posted in the listing will be charged an extra fee starting in the first hour: $25 per 15 minutes and this does not extend your stay.

Mission Hills is a neighborhood in San Diego located on the hills overlooking Old Town and the San Diego Bay, just north of Downtown, west of Hillcrest and south of the San Diego River valley. It is one of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. The area is primarily residential with some small shops and restaurants. It is one of the most architecturally impressive neighborhoods with many of the houses from the early 1900s, which have been carefully preserved and restored. Modern homes were built as infill along canyon rims in the 1950s and 1960s. Mission Hills is highly sought after with its stately homes, quaint Craftsman bungalows and large mansions pristinely manicured on quiet streets. The business district is home to a variety of restaurants, shops, pubs and services.
