Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a medium-sized closet. Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed with a medium-sized closet—comfortable and serene. Bedroom 3: Twin-sized bed in a semi-private space (no door, separated by curtains), a desk, and a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Living Room: Sofa bed available for additional guests. Extra Sleeping Option: Queen-sized air mattress available for flexible group arrangements. Living & Dining Area: The open-concept living and dining space features a cozy, decorative fireplace and ample seating—perfect for gathering, dining, or movie nights. Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your cooking needs! Includes a pantry, washer & dryer, filtered water, and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. Other Details to Note
- Must pay $35 per reservation to use jacuzzi -Drive Way: the driveway is little steep, we encourage you to exercise caution when entering and exiting the property. - The 3rd Bedroom/office room doesn't have a door but it has a privacy curtain. - The Jacuzzi stays hot continuously but if it's shut off it may take 1-2 hours to heat up. - Central AC/ Heat provided with restriction range from 65F to 75F. So you may use the A/C or heat within 65 degrees to 75 degrees. - BBQ GRILL: We don't live here so we don't know when the propane tank is empty. Please refill it if you are planning to use it and send us receipt for. reimbursement. Must be responsible to clean the grill after using to avoid extra cleaning cost - We don't provide traditional Iron, but we provide Clothing Steamer ONLY for safety reason. - Parking: 2 cars parking in the driveway
