On average electricity is $150-$200 - We are dog friendly case by case -We don't provide traditional Iron, but we provide Clothing Steamer ONLY for safety reason. - Shared BBQ GRILL: Must be responsible to clean the grill after using to avoid extra cleaning cost - Ice maker doesn't work
