Please note that as the home is located on a main street, we provide amenities such as a white noise machine and disposable earplugs for guests who may be sensitive to noise, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay for all. Sleeping Arrangements Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, wall-to-wall closet, en-suite bathroom with shower (no tub), and peaceful views of the backyard. Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, closet with built-in shelves, also facing the backyard—quiet and cozy. Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed, wall-to-wall closet, with views overlooking the front street. Living Area An open-concept layout combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area with a 6-seater dining table. Features a Smart TV and a coffee station for your morning pick-me-up. Laundry: Shared washer & dryer located in the laundry room, accessible via the back driveway (shared with the guest house). Pet Policy: Dogs only. We welcome one dog per reservation—please add your pet to your booking and pay the applicable pet fee. For the comfort of all guests, dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. An additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive hair. Kindly clean up after your pet to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
Other Details to Note
Driving to the House: Please remember to signal right as you approach the curvy road leading to the house. The property is the first house on the right after the curve. Noise Consideration: As the house is located on a main street, there may be traffic noise. For guests sensitive to sound, we provide disposable earplugs and a white noise machine for your comfort. Laundry Room: The laundry room is shared with the guest house located in the back driveway. Parking: Two reserved parking spaces are available in the driveway for your convenience PETS: We welcome one pet per reservation! Please be sure to register your pet and pay the pet fee before arrival. Unregistered pets will result in a $200 fine. To ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the space for all guests, pets are not permitted on the furniture, including couches and beds. Please keep pets off bedding and furniture to avoid additional cleaning fees for pet hair. Iron: For safety reasons, we provide a clothing steamer instead of a traditional iron. BBQ Grill: As we do not live on the property, we cannot monitor the propane levels. If you plan to use the grill and find the tank empty, please refill it and send us the receipt for reimbursement. Kindly clean the grill after use to avoid additional cleaning fees. Important Reminder: We’d like to remind you of the City of San Diego’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance, which strictly prohibits social gatherings or events at the property. Violations of this ordinance may result in substantial fines—$3,000 per event and $500 per attendee. If you plan to have any visitors who are not listed on your reservation, please inform us in advance to avoid any fines. Thank you for your cooperation!
